At VaahanERP, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your data at any time. This page explains how the process works and allows you to submit a deletion request.
How Data Deletion Works

What Data Gets Deleted?
🗑️ Full Account Deletion
- Your account profile and login credentials
- All customer records you entered
- Vehicle inventory and booking data
- Lead and CRM data
- Financial records (daybook, expenses, cash transactions)
- Communication logs (WhatsApp, SMS, email)
- AI conversation history
- Vaani Avatar visitor data and analytics
- All uploaded files and documents
⚠️ Data We May Retain
- Financial records: As required by Indian tax law (GST Act) — up to 8 years in anonymized form
- Legal obligations: Data required for ongoing legal proceedings
- Aggregated analytics: Anonymous, non-identifiable usage statistics
- Backup retention: Encrypted backups are purged within 90 days

- Delete only communication logs (WhatsApp/SMS history)
- Delete only AI conversation data (Vaani Avatar interactions)
- Delete only specific customer records
- Remove your phone number from WhatsApp messaging
